Sleep More, Awake Less...
Past 3 nights, sleeping is like only 4hrs per day.
Difficulty to go to bed at this hour.
Sleep 8hrs or more reduces; stress and depression. How true is that? Makes me think not to sleep at least for 6hrs already makes me worried.
Results, I tend to sleep at every opportunity during the day.
